1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (AMEX). We also offer fast, secure checkout via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (G Pay).
2. Do you offer free shipping to the UK?
Yes. We are pleased to offer free tracked delivery on all orders across the entire United Kingdom.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes between 7 to 15 working days to arrive at your address. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
4. Are there any customs duties or extra fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Montrezzo operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all applicable UK VAT (Value Added Tax) and customs duties are handled by us. You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking link. You can use this link, or the "Track Order" page on our website, to monitor its progress in real time.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our Customer Support team to begin the returns process.
