1. Our Commitment: The 30-Day Guarantee
At Montrezzo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
This policy extends the consumer rights granted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (the right to cancel within 14 days) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The watch must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, tags, warranty card, and any protective seals still attached.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the watch shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. Initiating a Return
To start the returns process, please follow these steps:
1. Email our Customer Support team at contact@montrezzo.com with your Order Number (found on your confirmation email) and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) Number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Montrezzo cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Visa, PayPal) within 7 to 10 working days.
• Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will refund the cost of the return postage. If the return is due to a change of mind, the original shipping fee (if applicable) and the return shipping cost are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or colour, please follow the process for initiating a return (Section 3) and clearly state in your email that you require an exchange. We will process your refund upon receipt of the original item and advise you on how to place a new order for the preferred item.
6. Faulty or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or develops a fault within the [Insert Warranty Period, e.g., 24 months] of our warranty period, please contact us immediately.
• We will cover all costs associated with returning, repairing, or replacing the faulty item.
• Our liability for faulty goods is covered by the Montrezzo Quality Guarantee and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
