1. General Shipping Information
Montrezzo is committed to delivering your timepiece safely and efficiently. We offer tracked, insured delivery across the entire United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
• Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our quality control hub within 1–3 business days of the order being placed.
• Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking code.
• Tracking: You can use this tracking code on our nominated courier's website to follow your item's delivery status, or access the "Track Order" section on our website.
3. UK Delivery Timeframes & Costs
We prioritise the safe and secure arrival of your Montrezzo timepiece. The expected delivery timeframe for the UK is typically 5 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to minor delays during peak trading periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) or due to unforeseen courier issues.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (UK Compliance - DDP)
Montrezzo operates under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model.
• All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT (Value Added Tax).
• The price you pay at checkout is the final price. You will not be responsible for paying any additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon receipt of your order.
• Montrezzo manages all customs clearance procedures directly.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
• Damaged Upon Arrival: If your item arrives faulty or defective, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team immediately. We will arrange for the item to be inspected, and where the fault is confirmed, we will process a full exchange or refund, including any postage costs, as quickly as possible.
• Lost in Transit: If an item is confirmed lost by our courier, we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
